This position supports Tennant products and similar competitor models across customer facilities. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion engine systems. The work also includes customer communication, service scheduling, documentation, and collaboration with internal partners.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on customer-owned cleaning equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems
Schedule service activities and communicate service expectations




Maintain service records and business reporting documentation
Keep vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment organized
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license meeting Tennant driving policy requirements
At least three years troubleshooting combustion engines
At least three years repairing mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to lift 60 pounds and drive daily
Bring mechanical, electrical, diagnostic, and customer communication skills to Tennant Company Field Service across customer facilities.
