Overview
Nutrium Health Products Inc. is building an in-house GMP manufacturing facility in Richmond, BC. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead hands-on production of our dietary supplements, including blending, encapsulation, powder filling, and packaging, and to build and manage our production team.

Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee daily production operations, including blending, encapsulation, powder filling, and packaging.
- Lead, schedule, train, and supervise production staff; maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Ensure all production follows GMP and Health Canada NHP requirements, including batch records, SOPs, cleaning and line clearance, and documentation.
- Plan production schedules based on sales demand, raw material and packaging material availability, and inventory levels.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment; coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Work closely with QA/QC to ensure product quality, yield, and on-time delivery.
- Track production data (yield, downtime, waste, labor efficiency) and drive continuous improvement.
- Support facility setup, equipment installation and validation,



and SOP development for our new GMP facility.

Requirements

- 5+ years of production experience in dietary supplement, NHP, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in at least two of: capsule filling, powder blending, powder/stick filling, bottling and packaging
- 2+ years of experience supervising or managing production staff
- Working knowledge of GMP and Health Canada NHP regulations
- Strong documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site and on the production floor
- Proficiency in English; Korean language skills are an asset

Preferred

- Degree or diploma in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical or Process Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with equipment installation, validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), and SOP development
- Experience setting up a new GMP facility or production line
- Experience with ERP/inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (asset)

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
