We’re looking for an experienced Drywall Taper who takes pride in their craft, understands professional finishing standards, and wants to work with a growing drywall company that values quality over shortcuts.

We know that exceptional tapers do more than finish drywall. They create the smooth, consistent surfaces that set the standard for the entire project. That’s the level of workmanship we’re looking for.

We’re interested in connecting with skilled tradespeople who have experience working with established drywall contractors, reputable builders, or professional finishing crews — people who know what quality looks like and can deliver it consistently.

Must-have requirements

- Valid BC driver's licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle to travel to project sites across the Lower Mainland.
- Own professional taping tools and equipment required to complete the work.
- Proven hands-on experience in drywall taping and finishing.
- Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong commitment to workmanship, reliability, job-site professionalism, and safety.

- Experience with residential, custom home, renovation, or larger-scale projects.
- A solid understanding of taping techniques, materials, corners, joints, and finishing standards.
