Make a Difference in Long-Term Care
Hughes Intelligence has proudly served Sarnia-Lambton and surrounding communities since 1994. Since 2019, we have worked in Long-Term Care homes and retirement homes, supporting resident safety and working alongside care teams.
We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part time Resident Safety Personnel for assignments primarily in Petrolia, with some shifts available in Sarnia.
In this role, you will provide one-to-one supervision for residents who need additional attention and support. You will help maintain a safe environment, offer companionship and reassurance, and communicate any concerns to Long-Term Care staff.
This position is well suited to someone who is patient, dependable, observant, and comfortable working with seniors who may require additional supervision
Availability Requirements
Please review these requirements before applying.
We require regular availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
- Full-Time: Broad availability throughout the week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Part-Time: Regular availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
Shifts may include days, afternoons, or nights and typically range from 8 to 12 hours. Scheduling and hours depend on client needs and operational requirements. Hiring as Soon as Possible
We are looking to fill positions as soon as possible. When applying, please indicate whether you currently have either or both of the following:

- Recent TB testing: Suitable for working in a Long-Term Care setting.
If you do not currently have these documents, please let us know your status. Having them ready may help successful candidates begin their assignments sooner.
