Position Overview

ERALUX INC. is seeking a meticulous and technically strong Accountant to join our team. This is an in office role only. The ideal candidate will support a large international client base, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to the improvement of financial reporting and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform full-cycle accounting duties
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
- Maintain and improve financial reporting and automation processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Communicate daily with an international client base in English and French
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial workflows

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bilingual in English and French — written and spoken
- Must work on-site — no remote or hybrid option
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Coding or scripting knowledge (e.g.,



SQL, VBA, Python, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Microsoft Report Builder and Power BI experience
- Power Automate / Automation Flow experience
- Ability to use Claude to generate code, build programs, and create automated workflows
- Experience working with international clients
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines

Il s’agit d’un poste strictement sur place. Le candidat idéal soutiendra une importante clientèle internationale, tiendra des dossiers financiers précis et contribuera à l’amélioration des rapports financiers et de l’automatisation.

Responsabilités principales :

- Effectuer les tâches comptables du cycle complet
- Préparer les états financiers, rapports et rapprochements
- Maintenir et améliorer les processus de rapports financiers et d’automatisation
- Soutenir la clôture mensuelle et annuelle
- Assurer la conformité aux contrôles internes et aux politiques comptables
- Communiquer quotidiennement avec une clientèle internationale en anglais et en français
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour améliorer les flux de travail financiers

Exigences :

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité
- Bilinguisme anglais/français — à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Travail sur place obligatoire — aucune option de télétravail ou d’hybride
- Solide expérience avec Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Connaissances en programmation ou scriptage (p. ex. SQL, VBA, Python ou similaire)
- Compétences avancées en Microsoft Office, surtout Excel
- Expérience avec Power BI
- Expérience avec Power Automate / Automation Flow
- Capacité à utiliser Claude pour générer du code, créer des programmes et mettre en place des flux de travail automatisés
- Expérience avec une clientèle internationale
- Sens aigu du détail, analytique et capacité à respecter les délais
