Step into a leadership role with American Iron & Metal as an Accounts Payable Manager. Oversee AP operations, driving automation and team excellence in a rapid-paced environment. As the Accounts Payable Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, and lead a dynamic team within AIM's Finance Shared Services Center.

Your responsibilities will include optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and fostering process improvement initiatives. You will also manage daily operations, vendor relations, and employee development in a collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accounts payable teams for various payment processing activities
- Establish KPIs and performance standards for all AP functions




- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
- Drive automation initiatives and optimize AP processes
- Manage escalations and build strong vendor relationships Requirements:
- CPA designation or relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- 8+ years in accounts payable or finance, including leadership
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and automation tools
