Duties

- Provide compassionate personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote dignity and independence.
- Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and light housekeeping to ensure a safe and comfortable living space.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety protocols are followed to prevent falls or injuries.
- Engage clients in social activities or recreational outings to encourage mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Monitor health conditions closely, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals promptly.




- Maintain accurate records of care provided, medication schedules, and client progress in compliance with organizational policies.
- Uphold infection control standards through regular cleaning routines and hygiene practices to ensure a healthy environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home care settings demonstrating caregiving skills.
- Knowledge of senior care practices, including dementia care and working with individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to administer medications safely following prescribed guidelines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others through dedicated caregiving.
- Physical stamina to perform duties such as lifting or assisting clients with mobility needs.
- Experience working with individuals experiencing dementia or other cognitive impairments is highly desirable.

Pay: $20.85-$30.96 per hour
