Take charge of cable and wire harness assembly as a Production Supervisor with IMP Aerospace & Defence in Hammonds Plains. Lead teams to ensure quality, safety, and productivity in meeting production schedules. In this supervisory role, you will guide manufacturing activities while planning and prioritizing work orders based on production schedules and labor capacity.

- Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues Requirements:
- Six years’ experience in cable and wire harness assembly
- Three years in a supervisory role, aerospace preferred
- IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification strongly preferred
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems
- Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel Lead and inspire teams to achieve high-quality manufacturing outcomes at IMP Aerospace & Defence.
