About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

What You Will Own

- Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
- Upsells and expansion:



finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
- A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
- Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

- Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
- A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
- Comfort carrying a quota.
- Transparent, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
