What the role covers
Accuracy is seeking an analyst in Montréal for construction and infrastructure advisory assignments involving major projects, claims and disputes. The analyst will investigate causes of delay and assist with reports explaining the results. Work also includes assessing the financial consequences of delay, disruption and claims.
The post involves reviewing project documents, programmes and budgets, assembling claims material and supporting negotiations or formal dispute-resolution processes. Analysts contribute to independent project reviews and recommendations on project management. They also help prepare service proposals, follow developments affecting the construction sector,
and attend relevant client meetings, workshops and events.
Applicants should hold an engineering degree and have one to three years of relevant experience in major projects, claims, disputes or consultancy. A civil or construction specialism is advantageous. The employer requests excellent French, robust analytical and writing skills, and advanced Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with planning or programme‑analysis tools is beneficial. Registration with the Quebec engineering order, or eligibility to register, is an advantage. The firm's international staffing model includes work with colleagues across borders.
