The Airbus A220 Programme in Mirabel, Quebec, seeks a LEAD lean manufacturing AOS to drive the deployment of Airbus Operating System tools and standards across operations. You will coach managers and shop floor teams, model recent ways of working, and promote continuous improvement to boost performance.

The role requires 5–10 years in operations or CI, a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, bilingual French/English, and flexibility for day/evening coaching under a hybrid work
