Assistant Café Manager - Blue Mountain Village

We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking Assistant Manager to join our café team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a busy coffee shop, café, or fast-food restaurant and is ready to take the next step.

What You’ll Do:

● Help manage daily café operations

● Lead and support team members

● Serve customers and provide great service

● Help train new employees

● Keep the café clean, organized, and running smoothly

● Help with opening, closing, and inventory

What We’re Looking For:

● Experience working in a café, coffee shop, or fast-food restaurant

● Some supervisor or team leader experience preferred

● Friendly, reliable, and hardworking

● Comfortable working in a busy workplace





● Good communication and people skills

● Willing to learn and grow
