JOON'S is a recent fine-dining restaurant opening in 2026 at 6211 Mayfield Rd, Brampton, ON. We are hiring an Assistant Manager to run service alongside our Operations Manager.
What you'll do
- Run front-of-house service shifts with the Operations Manager
- Open and close the restaurant, including cash-out and end-of-night reports
- Coach and support supervisors, captains, servers and support staff during service
- Help hire, train and schedule the opening team
- Make sure every guest gets a consistent, polished fine-dining experience
- Step in to resolve guest concerns on the floor
What we're looking for
- Supervisory or management experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant
- Calm, hands-on leadership during busy service
- Strong guest-service and communication skills
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to get it)
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays
