Duties

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service
- Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of performance
- Manage merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing products accurately, and ensuring inventory levels meet demand
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to promote satisfaction and loyalty
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new staff members
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions,



and bookkeeping activities with accuracy
- Coordinate training & development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies

Requirements

- Proven supervising or team management experience within a retail environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead effectively and foster teamwork
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation, sales management, and marketing strategies
- Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control systems
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing, cash handling, and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service
