Staffmax is assisting our client in hiring a friendly, polished, and professional Receptionist for a 3-month contract. As the face of the office, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff—playing a vital role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Contract length: 3 Months

Location: Montreal, QC

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and team members in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and qualified front desk and reception area
- Monitor and manage office supply levels; place orders as needed
- Book meeting rooms and coordinate schedules for internal use
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and preparing documents

- Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
