Responsibilities

- Provide skilled haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and communicating clearly to understand client needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance the client experience and increase retail sales
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently




- Educate clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable products for ongoing maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while creating a positive, energetic atmosphere

Requirements

- Proven experience as a barber with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their grooming goals
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques for tools and equipment
- Ability to upsell products confidently while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and front desk responsibilities effectively
- Retail sales experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to promote products naturally
- A friendly attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a lively setting
