Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted food and drinks. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction
- Manage cash register operations using POS systems such as Micros POS, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Monitor guest behavior responsibly, preventing over-serving and addressing any issues promptly




- Restock bar inventory as needed, including mixers, garnishes, and other supplies

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for efficient transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Preparing food like appetizers and finger food
