JOON'S is a new fine-dining restaurant opening in 2026 at 6211 Mayfield Rd, Brampton, ON. We are hiring full-time Bartenders who make cocktails with presentation and flair.
What you'll do
- Craft classic and signature cocktails with precise technique and striking presentation
- Serve wine, beer and spirits to bar guests and the dining room
- Engage guests at the bar and recommend drinks that suit them
- Keep the bar stocked, clean and organised through service
- Follow responsible alcohol service practices at all times
What we're looking for
- Bartending experience in a cocktail bar, upscale restaurant or hotel
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a creative eye for presentation
- Quick, accurate and calm during busy service
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays
