Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in both English and Spanish, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately, including recording customer information and transaction details.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service recommendations.
- Upsell products or services effectively by understanding customer needs and highlighting relevant options.
- Process transactions efficiently at the counter, ensuring proper cash handling and receipt issuance.




- Maintain explicit communication with team members to coordinate daily operations smoothly.
- Follow phone etiquette standards when answering calls, providing prompt and professional assistance.

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated data entry proficiency with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression.
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or upselling opportunities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management is a plus but not mandatory.
