Overview

We are seeking a talented Bilingual (Japanese/Mandarin) Medical Assistance Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Japanese and Mandarin, possess exceptional communication skills, and excel in providing top-notch customer service.

- Communicate fluently with customers in Japanese, Mandarin, and English
- Manage emergency calls from clients globally with professionalism and urgency
- Organize hospital and clinic arrangements, including coordinating the distribution of attending staff for clients in need
- Facilitate arrangements for cashless services related to overseas travel insurance
- Handle internal office tasks as needed in addition

Compulsory Requirements:

- Must have completed specialized education or a college degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Skills:

- Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1) and Mandarin is required.
- Proficient in English at a communication level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Experience in call center roles and medical knowledge is preferred.
- High accuracy in data entry.




- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Multilingual abilities beyond Japanese and Mandarin are advantageous.

Additional Requirement:

- Valid working visa in Canada

Employment Type:

- Full-Time Employee (6-months probationary period)

Location of Work:

- Downtown Toronto (In person, two work-from-home days per week upon completion of training.)

Hours of Work:

- 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM (daylight savings time: 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM)

Work Schedule:

- 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays (Shift-based)
