We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Brand Ambassador to be the face of our café. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, providing a positive and memorable experience
- Develop strong knowledge of our products (seasonal and core offerings)
- Take orders, operate the POS system, and handle cash accurately
- Prepare, serve, and package food and beverages for dine-in and takeout
- Maintain cleanliness across the café, including front of house, dish area, and washrooms
- Follow all company policies, including health and safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable handling cash and learning new systems
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
- 2+ years in Food Service / Customer Service
Assets
- A valid ProServe license and SafeCheck Advanced Food Safety Certification are considered assets.
