Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and provide friendly, attentive service
- Restock supplies such as utensils, condiments, beverages, and food items to ensure smooth service throughout the morning
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely setup, service,



and cleanup of breakfast areas to enhance guest experience

Qualifications

- Must have a valid Food Protected Certificate Level 1
- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with breakfast or buffet service is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience working in kitchens or food preparation environments is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cleaning and food prep
- Hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential

Pay: From $15.02 per hour
