Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Bubble Tea Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, skilled in food and beverage preparation, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing high-quality bubble tea drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not required.

The position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills in food service and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

- Prepare drinks quickly and accurately according to company’s standard operating procedure
- Memorization of recipes, drink adjustments base on customer orders, brewing teas, prepare toppings
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, use of POS system including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders,



and answering questions about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and customer areas in compliance with food safety standards
- Work in fast paced environment while paying attention to detail and multitasking
- Follow food safety procedures to ensure proper handling of ingredients and beverages
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts

Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Good time management skills to manage multiple orders during busy periods
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or food preparation roles is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
