Busboy / Server Assistant – Hwaro Korean BBQ

Location: 332 Yonge St, Toronto, ON

Hwaro Korean BBQ is looking for hardworking and reliable Busboys / Server Assistants to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting servers and ensuring smooth dining room operations while providing guests with an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Food Running: Deliver food and side dishes from the kitchen to customers' tables accurately and efficiently.
- Server Assistance: Support servers with food service, table setup, refills, and other daily service tasks.
- Table Cleaning: Clear used plates, utensils, and glassware, clean and sanitize tables, and reset them for incoming guests.
- Glassware Washing: Wash, polish, and organize glassware, ensuring all items are clean and ready for service.
- Dining Room Maintenance: Keep service stations, dining areas, and workspaces clean,



organized, and properly stocked.
- Teamwork: Communicate and coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to maintain effective restaurant operations.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry dishes throughout shifts.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for individuals who are responsible, proactive, and willing to support the team in delivering excellent service. Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
