When a process isn't working as expected, the first step is understanding why. Information needs to be reviewed, different teams need to be consulted, and the right questions need to be asked before improvements can be made.

We're looking for a Business Analyst in Toronto, ON to help review business processes, organize information, and identify opportunities to improve how work gets done. You'll work with different departments to understand their requirements, analyze data, document findings, and help turn business needs into practical solutions.

This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with information, and understanding how different parts of a business fit together.

Day to Day

- Gather information from departments to understand business needs and challenges
- Review existing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze business data, reports, and performance information
- Prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and reports to support decision-making
- Document business requirements, workflows, and process changes
- Meet with stakeholders to clarify requirements and gather feedback
- Identify recurring issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Track project actions, requirements, and outstanding questions




- Assist with preparing presentations and recommendations
- Coordinate with teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Support the implementation and review of process improvements
- Maintain organized records of findings, requirements, and project documentation

What’s Important You'll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to look at information objectively. Clear communication is important, as you'll need to explain findings, ask relevant questions, and work with people from different areas of the business.

Previous business analysis, data analysis, operations, project coordination, administration, or reporting experience is useful. Familiarity with spreadsheets, data reporting, process documentation, and business software would be beneficial.

We're looking for someone who can organize information, manage competing priorities, investigate problems methodically, and work independently while collaborating with different teams. A willingness to learn new systems and business processes is also key.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,500.00 per year
