15+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and Risk Management Consultant within Capital Markets, Treasury, and Banking domains.Strong expertise in Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Capital, and Regulatory Reporting.Lead regulatory remediation and compliance initiatives, including FR-2052a reporting and Federal Reserve regulatory observations.Partner with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to define solutions, provide impact assessments, and support strategic decision-making.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for liquidity risk applications, regulatory reporting processes, and risk data management.Gather, analyze, and document business, functional,



and system requirements for complex risk and regulatory transformation programs.Drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority workstreams, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation.Support project governance through effort estimation, delivery planning, status reporting, and executive-level communication.Develop and automate testing solutions using Python, Pandas, Power Query, and GitHub Copilot to improve efficiency and quality.Mentor and train Business Analysts, promote best practices, and contribute to team growth while delivering scalable risk management solutions.
