Conseillab builds the business case a client's CFO signs — the funding case that turns a stalled transformation into an approved project. We sell it, white-label, to consulting and IT-services firms, who deliver under their own brand. It is a high-margin revenue line for them, with zero delivery risk.
We already have a solid presence in Quebec and have begun expanding into the US. We are now opening the channel across the rest of Canada (outside Quebec) and are hiring business development partners by region, wherever the strongest relationships are.
What you would do
- Open doors at consulting and IT-services firms: partners, practice leads, delivery and BD directors.
- Book and run first conversations, and move firms toward a partner agreement.
- Hand warm, qualified firms to us. You open the channel; you do not deliver the work, build anything, or negotiate with end clients.
Who this is for Someone who already has warm relationships inside consulting or IT-services firms in their province (Ontario, BC, Alberta, or elsewhere in Canada outside Quebec),
whose introductions get taken because of who they are. A networked, self-directed closer who wants a partnership with real upside, not a junior seat. This is part-time and designed to sit alongside your current work — keep your job, open the firms you already know, and share in the upside.
Compensation
Commission-only, uncapped. You earn on every meeting you book, every firm you sign, and every business case those firms buy — including repeat business, for as long as your firms keep producing. Full commission details are shared on our first call.
Where this can go
Prove you can open firms and you can grow into building and leading your own regional team of reps, earning on their production as well as your own.
Location: remote, but you must live in Canada (outside Quebec).
