Position

The Busser plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and productive dining environment. In a Korean BBQ setting, this includes clearing tables promptly, resetting grill stations, assisting servers, and ensuring guests have everything they need for an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Clean and sanitize grill tops and table surfaces according to safety standards
- Refill water, side dishes (banchan), napkins, and other table items as needed
- Assist servers with food running and guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and restrooms
- Remove trash and recyclables regularly
- Help maintain a steady flow of service during busy periods
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
