WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Canadian customers
- Book appointments, follow up on inquiries, and manage customer communications
- Log calls, update records, and track interactions in our business software
- Communicate by phone, email, and chat with a professional tone




- Multitask across calls, CRM, chats, and emails
