JOON'S is a current fine-dining restaurant opening in 2026 at 6211 Mayfield Rd, Brampton, ON. We are hiring Captains to own a set of tables and guide guests through their experience.

What you'll do

- Own a set of tables from greeting to farewell
- Present the menu, explain dishes and make food and drink recommendations
- Guide guests through courses and pace each table with the kitchen
- Lead the servers, bussers and runners supporting your tables
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests and allergies with care

What we're looking for

- Experience as a captain or senior server in fine dining
- Deep interest in food, wine and hospitality
- Polished, confident communication with guests
- Smart Serve certification (or willingness to get it)
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays

Openings: 3 Location: 6211 Mayfield Rd, Brampton, ON (in person)
