- Develop and manage project plans and budgets
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders




- Monitor expenditures to keep projects within budget
- Update Capital Plans for Victoria Cool Aid properties
- Oversee consultants and contractors until project completion Requirements:
- Bachelor's in engineering, architecture, or related field
- Minimum five years in real estate development
- Three years managing capital projects
- Experience in non-profit housing is preferred
