What You Will Do

- Connect with senior and executive-level professionals seeking to create meaningful change in their careers.
- Conduct consultations to understand candidates' backgrounds, goals, motivations, and readiness for change.
- Evaluate candidate suitability and coordinate next-stage meetings with Directors.
- Develop and manage a professional online presence to attract and engage with prospective candidates.
- Initiate meaningful conversations through digital engagement, outreach, and ongoing follow-up.
- Manage candidate pipelines, prospect data, and relationship development activities.




- Share relevant educational resources that support growth and self-leadership.
- Participate in weekly training, professional development, and mentorship.
- Set clear performance goals, measure progress, and take ownership of results.

What You Have

- Experience navigating a significant career transition or change in professional direction.
- 8+ years in people development, business leadership, consulting or coaching.
- Strength in communication and relationship building.
- Commitment to personal growth
- Decisiveness, self-motivation with consistency to follow-through
- Openness to learn and be coachable
- Motivation to create results while empowering others to do the same
