Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand tools and power tools
- Support the installation of drywall, cabinetry, flooring, siding, roofing, and other building components
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up scaffolding or ladders
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and instructions to ensure accurate project execution
- Help with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and tile laying as needed
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling safely to meet project demands




- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to all safety protocols at all times

Requirements

- Basic understanding of blueprint reading and construction schematics
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction tools, hand tools, and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
- Solid work ethic with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn new skills such as CNC operation, plumbing, electrical work or cabinetry installation
- Construction experience or handyman background is a plus but not mandatory
- Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
