Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments
- Handle cash handling procedures with precision, including giving correct change and balancing registers at shift end
- Provide product demos and explain features to customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Upsell products and services by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, phone etiquette,



and organizational skills to support team operations

Experience
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced workplace
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and retail operations enhances your success in this role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers and team members
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude
