Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure smooth transactions
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately while maintaining secure cash handling procedures
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support sales goals through effective time management, organization, and proactive engagement with customers

Requirements





- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering roles is advantageous; technical sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to perform product demonstrations and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, retail sales strategies, and phone etiquette
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
