Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Manage phone inquiries professionally, providing information or directing calls as needed
- Uphold store policies on cash handling, security procedures,



and customer privacy at all times

Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is a plus, especially involving product demos or technology products
- Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and build rapport with customers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions
- Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude and active listening skills
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service
- Bilingual capabilities in English and other languages enhance your ability to connect with more customers
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, upselling strategies, and phone etiquette
