Duties

- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Handle customer concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to serve multiple customers quickly without sacrificing quality
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication channels

Skills
