Empower families as a Casual Early Childhood Program Facilitator. Lead engaging play-based sessions and assist in fostering early childhood development in a supportive environment.

This on-call role is dedicated to supporting families with children from prenatal to age five. You will plan and lead play sessions, ensure a secure and clean environment, and collaborate with volunteers and staff. Additionally, you'll connect parents to necessary resources and collect attendance data to help improve offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate play-based learning activities for young children
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Answer questions and provide information to parents
- Assist with registration and data collection tasks
- Promote programs through community outreach

Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education Certification or equivalent
- 1–2 years' experience working with families and children
- Knowledge of early childhood development concepts
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification required
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
