Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated individual to join our team in a casual/part-time role. This position is perfect for those who enjoy working with their hands, have a passion for cleanliness, and want to make a positive impact in clients’ homes. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

You must have a vehicle as your start time may vary throughout the week. You would be responsible for filling in when our regular crew has appointments/illness or if the schedule is extra full a particular day.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all client expectations are met or exceeded




- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely and effectively
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks performed
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
- Report to your lead

Experience

- Previous classroom experience or experience working with children is a plus but not required
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous
- Prior teaching or caregiving experience demonstrates strong communication skills and patience
- Background in early childhood education or related fields is beneficial
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude around children or vulnerable populations
