Sandhu Computers is looking for an experienced and motivated Phone Repair Technician to join our team. We need someone with hands-on technical skills, strong customer service abilities, and retail sales experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Repair smartphones, including screen, battery, charging port, and other hardware issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mobile phone problems.
- Unlock phones and assist customers with phone setup and software issues.
- Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Sell smartphones, accessories, and other store products.
- Assist customers with computer-related products and basic troubleshooting.
- Support daily store operations and help achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Previous hands-on phone repair experience is required.
- Experience working in a retail store is a must.




- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Experience selling phones, accessories, and other electronics.
- Knowledge of phone unlocking and smartphone software.
- Good knowledge of computers, laptops, Windows, and basic troubleshooting.
- Reliable, honest, and able to work independently.

Salary $17–$18 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
