Lead impactful fundraising initiatives as the Development Manager at Chai Lifeline Canada. Engage with staff and donors nationwide to drive financial support for families in need. In this pivotal role, you will support Chai Lifeline Canada's mission to assist families facing chronic illness.

Working closely with the Director of Development, you will cultivate relationships with donors and identify abundant giving opportunities. Your passion for community impact will guide your leadership in shaping successful fundraising strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and cultivate recent major gift prospects
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including corporate and major gifts
- Maintain relationships with donors, volunteers, and sponsors
- Recruit and train event leadership and community ambassadors
- Provide metrics and reports for fundraising efforts Requirements:
- Four years of fundraising experience preferred
- Strong communication and networking abilities
- Knowledge of the Toronto and Canadian Jewish community
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software
