You will record and manage minutes for Council and Committee meetings, and develop a tracking system for motions and decisions. The role requires organizing meetings, coordinating attendance, and maintaining confidentiality. Work includes coordinating travel, scheduling special events, and communicating significant dates to the CAO and Council.
