About the Role

Our client seeks a qualified and motivated Childcare Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their center in Kimberley. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor childcare staff, providing leadership and support.
- Ensure the implementation of high-quality educational programs and activities.
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment.
- Conduct regular staff training, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Manage parent communications and address concerns effectively.

Requirements

- Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in childcare, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in staff management, curriculum development, and parent engagement.
- Ability to manage tasks both on-site and remotely as required by the hybrid mode.
