NOTE: This is for serious applicant only, applicant has to be able to perform DETAIL CLEANING DUTIES as part of the closing routine. Shift starts around Noon /1PM.

Duties

- Close the shop confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance and support to deliver top-notch customer service
- Handle cash register operations using Micros POS system, including cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Oversee food preparation and food handling processes to maintain quality and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as cooking, assembling bagels, and managing inventory levels




- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and customer areas in compliance with health regulations
- Support interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to build a strong team culture
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant.
- Demonstrated supervising or team management experience in a hospitality or food industry setting
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for efficient transactions
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to lead by example, motivate team members, and handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Experience with cash handling, bartending, or barista roles is a plus but not required
- Prior restaurant or kitchen experience will help you excel in this role

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
