Full-Time Communications Strategist – Vancouver, BC

We’re hiring a full-time Communications Strategist in Vancouver, BC to help plan and coordinate communications that support business goals, strengthen brand messaging, and keep information consistent across different channels.

This role would suit someone who enjoys combining creativity with planning, understands the importance of clear communication, and can turn ideas into practical communication plans. You’ll work with different teams, help develop messaging for campaigns and projects, and make sure communications are appropriate for the intended audience.

A Typical Week

- Develop communication plans to support business objectives and campaigns
- Help create clear, consistent messaging for different audiences
- Prepare and review written content for internal and external communications
- Coordinate communications across email, digital platforms, and other channels
- Research audiences, industry developments, and communication trends
- Work with marketing and other departments to align messaging
- Support campaign launches, announcements, and promotional initiatives
- Monitor communication activity and help evaluate results
- Maintain content calendars, project timelines, and communication records
- Identify opportunities to improve how information is shared and received

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good planning, research, and organizational abilities
- Able to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable managing deadlines and competing priorities
- Confident working independently and collaborating with a team
- Familiarity with digital communication channels and content tools
- Previous communications, marketing, public relations, content, or related experience is a plus
