Salary Range: Dependent Upon Qualifications Description: Position Requirements/qualifications:

● Language Level: Equivalent of a CLB 5 in English

● Minimum 2 years of experience cooking in a busy restaurant kitchen

● Minimum of a Canadian Grade 12 equivalent

● Food Handler certification is preferred

● Enthusiastic, great attitude and receptive to learning our kitchen procedures FJob Duties / Responsibilities:

● Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients

● Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards

● Handle and store ingredients and food





● Maintain food safety and sanitation standards

● Set up workstations with required ingredients and equipment

● Check the quality and freshness of ingredients

● Monitor station inventory levels

● Accommodate guests’ special requests

● Operate kitchen equipment

● Shift work: days, evenings and weekends

● Be able to multitask and work under pressure
