Primary Responsibilities

We started Nonsuch to make moments and our kitchen team play a huge role in crafting the food that brings people together. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a smooth operation and maintenance of the kitchen.

Prepare various dishes to menu specifications.

Assist in the preparation of dishes on the hot line.

Operate in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Assist with processes related to closing the kitchen at the end of the night.

Operate well within a team.

Love local – we’re looking for someone with a passion for working with local farmers and producers.

Requirements

Experience in a high-paced restaurant environment.

Salary The hourly wage for this position will be based on experience. Equitable tip sharing is also provided to all employees.
