Bridgemans Crew Management Ltd. is seeking First Cooks to join their floatel operations aboard the MV Saga X, docked in Squamish, BC. These professionals will play a key role in preparing high-volume meals for residents and crew, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met. The ideal candidates are experienced in large-scale food production, thrive in a team environment, and are comfortable with rotational work aboard a marine vessel.

What You'll Need

- Foodsafe Level I required; Level II preferred





- 2+ years progressive cooking experience as a First Cook in high volume production kitchens or accommodations facilities

- Culinary diploma or related work experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis (28 days on/14 days off)

- Ability to pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen, marine medical examination, and physical demands assessment

- Within 6 months, capable of passing required training for MED Domestic Vessel Safety Certificate and Crowd and Crisis Management certificate (employer arranged)
