We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This position requires a commitment to excellence in food service and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling practices.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.




- Participate in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes.
- Handling customer satisfaction and understanding customer needs.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for culinary excellence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.
