Reporting to the Global Corporate Counsel & CPO, you will collaborate with various departments to provide strategic legal support and advice on applicable legislation.

- Advise on Canadian workplace and privacy legislation
- Provide legal support on employment and human rights matters
- Collaborate with operations to offer training and guidance
- Manage pension law advisory related to BC-registered plans
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal practitioner
- Member of the BC Bar or eligible for call
- Expertise in BC employment law and human rights
